Single-Program Transport Stream Encoder is a 'raw video source to live network stream' product, which is mostly intended as a 'resource provider' for multicast video networks. It receives video input from external video cards and packages the adjusted video as Single Program MPEG Transport Stream ( SPTS / IPTV ) and outputs it to the network.

Supported video inputs are:
  • Serial Digital Interface [SDI]
  • Firewire / IEEE 1394
  • Composite
  • Video File
Video received from the capture card or video file can be encoded as an MPEG-2, H.264 or DV-Video stream at the desired resolution and bandwidth. Then it is muxed as an MPEG Transport Stream and pushed onto the multicast network.
